The stairs are not as easy to negotiate. You must have to hold onto the handrail when you’re going up or going down to get to the platform. It’s unacceptable to those who have wheelchairs or mobility devices, which is very discouraging.

The infrastructure is underdeveloped. This station is a crucial to the CalTrain system but it feels it was abandoned, and I have been hearing there's gonna be budget cuts. There's a need for the stations to feel safe, and comfortable to use. The emphasis on that seems to be lacking.

Awful station, always stinks, in a sad place under a highway, and the worst part, no ramps for bikes or people with disabilities.

It does the job, but ideas for improvements: 1) clipper top off capability 2) wheelchair + bike ramp 3) art. It is under a dreary freeway.
