Tried a few flavors (matcha Oreo, Vietnamese coffee, ube, all tasty!) and ended up purchasing a pint of Ube home. Would buy all 3 but lets be responsible 😋 The lady behind the counter said, all made with real food ingredients. Nothing is too sweet. (I honestly don’t have a sweet tooth). The matcha Oreo was made with ceremonial grade matcha powder. The blue Cookie Monster’s vibrant color was from blue spirulina powder (which made it officially a wellness supplement 🙃). Would definitely go back for more. Street parking outside. Or the usual DTLA paid to park parking lots.

The service is great and staff is open to answering any questions you may have. They have some unique flavors like the matcha Oreo or Cookie Monster that are great. This is a great place to get some ice cream in the downtown area. A huge plus is they're open until 2am on weekends.

Owned by two brothers and rebranded in late-2024 28 Wishes Ice Cream Shop offers a unique spin on standard flavors utilizing good Ingredients in downtown Los Angeles. Asian inspired but rooted in Italian technique, the base thicker and creamier than many, it is inside the small space that guests will find two-dozen handmade flavors ranging from Ube and Matcha to Nutter Butter, a few complimentary tastes eventually yielding sweet Butter Beer and texturally complex Horchata for $12.40 on a Cone.

They don't need fancy names because the quality speaks for itself. Some of the Standout Flavors I really enjoy • Vegan Chocolate: This is a total game-changer. It’s incredibly rich and creamy—you honestly cannot tell it’s vegan. It’s hands-down the best dairy-free scoop I’ve had. • Caramel Matcha: Such a unique combo! The earthy matcha pairs perfectly with the caramel, and the chocolate chips add a massive amount of crunch in every bite. The Vibe: You can tell this place is a local favorite. While I was outside enjoying my scoop, there was a constant stream of delivery drivers picking up orders. If the locals are ordering this much delivery, you know the consistency is top-tier. Pro Tip: Whether you’re looking for a dairy-free treat or just a solid chocolate chip crunch, don't skip this place. 10/10 would recommend!

We had the Ferrero Rocher milkshake. It was so good! Even the butterbeer flavor was yummy. It was a little pricey, but for a once and awhile treat. So worth it. Plus, they have a reward system. We love this candy and in milkshake form was great. Staff was great, gave us a little discount for my boyfriends birthday. Definately will be back :)
