Huge shoutout to Nemanja Bozic is the reason living at 333 Fremont feels like home and not just an apartment. I leased my place sight unseen from Austin, and Nemanja is what made that leap of faith an easy one. He walked me through the unit over a live video tour, answered every question honestly (ventilation, the balcony, the wiring, all of it), and turned my application around the same day. When I moved in, everything was exactly as he'd described. No surprises, no fine print. What's really won me over is everyday life here. Nemanja greets me every single day when I come home, always warm and genuinely glad to see me. He remembers the small personal details without ever being prompted, and he'll even walk me over to my mail. Little things most buildings never bother with, and he does them with real care and a big, welcoming energy. You can tell he loves what he does and the people he does it for. I've lived in a lot of places and never had a property manager like him. The building itself lives up to it. The location is hard to beat, a quiet pocket of Rincon Hill that's still walkable to downtown, the Financial District, and the Embarcadero waterfront, with easy Caltrain and Ba

Great place to live! Nemanja was the best manager that we have had while living in San Francisco. He was always friendly, helpful, and really made us feel at home. Jose in maintenance was also great! He was always very professional and courteous and took care of any issues that we had with our unit in a timely manner. Great people!

The building is clean, quiet, and well located. Best of all, has an excellent property manager in Nemanja. He's very responsive, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond to get things done. My wife and I recently traveled outside the country and while away Nemanja thoughtfully took care of collecting our packages and ensuring things were orderly while we were away. That's the sort of care you can expect. Five stars.

I really enjoy living here, it is quiet, clean and well located. Nemanja is a great building manager and made a huge impression from the first meeting. He is a large reason why I chose to live at 333 Fremont over other nearby properties. His attention to details and care for the community is above and beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. He is always responsive to tenant needs and ensures that the building runs well. This is a great place to live in the East Cut, a block from the Bay bridge entrance and exits and walking distance to the Sales Force park!

We moved into 333 Fremont in May, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Even while away, Nemanja made sure we were well taken care of and that everything went seamlessly. While the building doesn’t offer extensive amenities or a 24/7 concierge, the management team more than makes up for it with exceptional service. Nemanja is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. He is always checking in when he sees residents around the building to make sure everything is going well, and his personable nature makes everyone feel welcome. He also does an excellent job keeping residents informed through regular and timely email communication. We’re so glad we chose 333 Fremont as our home in San Francisco and would highly recommend it.
