The store is not 24 hours. There was a guy in there, but he said it was closed. I’m a uniformed security guard too.

I went at 1 a.m., but the door was closed. I peeked inside and saw the guy working at the register signaling that they were closed (???) A woman came out of the shop, and then I could grab the door and ask at least three times if I could buy anything. The place was clean and organized, but I was utterly confused as to why a 7-Eleven would be closed and had to beg for getting in.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at this 7-Eleven. Inside the store, a stranger asked me to help purchase one item, to avoid trouble ( she is a bit scary looking and looks homeless) and I agreed to pay for only one product. However, after checkout, I was charged $14.21, which was far more than expected. When I returned to the counter, the cashier showed me the receipt, which clearly listed three items, on it has a product I never agree to purchase but seems this begger slip it on her out. Turns out this cashier - instead of helping me, he decided to put all product taken by a begger on my credit card - just because i appear to be nice and agree to get her one little thing. Later The cashier also told me that he knew this person and that she frequently comes to the store - he is playing dump and said that i agree to pay for this begger and refused to review the situation further or take any responsibility, telling me only to wait for a manager. I would like to warn people about this - coming to this store you might be ripped off not only by random begger but also the cahsier will treat as scapegoat. they always shut down in the middle of the night at random hours. tonight I've been waiting over half an hour to get to the Amazon locker and called three times. dude is nowhere to be seen. kinda tired of this trend. post and honor the hours posted if it's not 24hrs as advertised. They've always got the safer entrance locked up. Making one walk past homeless people to get to the street entrance. And the parking lot always smells of pee. They don't honor promotions posted. Clearly said red bulls were set at a discounted price but he said the sale was only for the sugar free, despite confirming that the SAME sale for the smaller cans being for all flavors. Makes no sense. This place just sucks in general.
