Absolutely amazing service from the moment we stepped into the 7th Avenue showroom here in SF on a whim, through the time we actively sought out a location with a better sense of what we wanted, to receiving our fabulous sectional yesterday. We’d never heard much about 7th Ave the first time we visited - we were just searching for furniture stores with physical locations near us so we could check them out in person. David in the SF store was the perfect ambassador to introduce the brand - very helpful and enthusiastic without being at all pushy. We were really impressed with the features he demonstrated (stain-resistance, storage, and modular features were important to us). When we were finally ready to purchase, we happened to be traveling NYC for work, and sought out a store there. Isaiah, who was a manager on loan from Philadelphia, was another amazing asset to their team; I trust upper management has their eye on him for even higher leadership positions. He helped us through the ordering process, then deferred back to David for the sale. David and his team were amazing with communication and kindly able to expedite our custom order to save us from sitting on the floor of our em

We were comparing couches from many different stores and 7th avenue won! Patricia was incredibly kind, positive and knowledgeable and helped us make our decision. The store is great - you can see all the fabrics, how they work and try out the sofas. I love how you can see the pieces and use the boards they have to model them with the size of your room. She answered all our questions (which was many emails after too) and helped expedite the shipping of our couch. We received our couch and we love it! Thank you!!

We ordered a second set of covers for our five piece modular having chosen a white glove delivery. What we got was JP & Eddy who blew us away. They arrived with confidence, smiles, and friendly professionalism. They respected my wife myself and our home in equal measure. When they moved the couch and started to strip off the original coverings, they asked for a vacuum and then they asked for a swiffer so that they could make sure the floor beneath was as clean and presentable as their recovering work. They were done in less than an hour. But the showstopper, was when JP reappeared from the truck with a hand steamer and literal white gloves on his hands. He didn’t ask, he just showed up and put on the final touches to make our experience another exceptional experience with seventh Avenue and we have special thanks in our hearts for JP and Eddy.

Came as a walk in and Patricia was of great help! Super patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process for my new home. She narrowed down the perfect configuration and other ways I can place my couch. This made my whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Great Customer service and happy with my new couch. definitely recommend working with them if you’re shopping at 7th Avenue!

Great selection and extensive options; I came in as a walk-in after work, and David O. was the best in helping me find the right couch for me, down to the exact length and configurable setups. I didn't realize how many flexible configurations there were from the website alone! I also got recommendations on materials and fabrics based on my household (such as type of pet) and how the lighting accentuates the color. I didn't make a decision that day, but David was so helpful over email in all my follow up questions until I was ready to purchase. Super happy with the purchase and service so far!
