Josh M. was an exceptional tutor for my son. When we first reached out, my son was struggling with a D in precalculus. Thanks to Josh’s skillful teaching and genuine connection, my son ended the semester with a B! Josh has a real talent for making complex topics understandable and engaging. His check-ins with me were incredibly helpful, keeping us both informed and on track. We’re very pleased with both the process and the impressive results. I have two high school children taking challenging AP classes (Physics E&M, Calculus BC and Multivariate Calculus) and the tutors at A+ math tutoring have been able to help my children ace their classes. Kathie has an uncanny ability find just the right tutor for the classes the kids are taking even when the courses seem quite specialized and I couldn’t recommend Kathie and her team more for helping my kids understand and succeed.

We can’t say enough about A+ Math Tutoring, specifically our tutor Hector! From Day 1, we knew he was a great fit for our daughter. His gentle and calm demeanor and PERFECT way of explaining difficult things was just what she needed. He was on time every time, completely reliable and flexible. He was truly vested in her success - remembering when her tests were, asking how she did, and celebrating her wins (which were many!) We are so proud of her - but know she couldn’t have done it without him! Thank you, A+, for connecting us to such a great tutor (and human!) - and for the difference it has made!

Kathie provides top notch service, making sure your student is paired with a great tutor match. After calling several other tutoring companies looking for a female biology tutor for my high school daughter, I was told "good luck finding a woman". Kathie had multiple female tutors on speed dial! Can't say enough great things about Katherine, the tutor my daughter has been working with for a few months in preparation for the AP test. She's extremely patient, and knows how to keep students engaged and on their toes, while also comfortable asking questions. Kathie follows up with summaries of how your student is doing and what's been covered, which I really appreciated. Can't recommend highly enough! Anticipate tapping into Kathie and team for more tutoring in the coming years.

We have used A+ for math, chemistry, and AP prep. As a parent, I love how quickly they respond and each tutor has been amazing... compassionate to a student’s stress and so great at teaching... really getting my student to work through concepts so she can master the curriculum. The tutors are also very efficient with their time. I was worried about spending money on tutors but every time a tutoring session ends, my daughter is so relieved to understand the material and I say to myself, “Money well spent!”
