Do not bother with their teen in person driving lessons. Expect to book a month out, unless you want to pull your child from school. Expect to be limited to only booking two lessons at a time. So I have to wait a month to book more lessons most likely another month out. And don’t forget the lesson package expires. Absolutely ridiculous waste of money.

We visited this branch to ask a question about the increase in our policy, and as soon as we walked in, the receptionist named Andrés, who mentioned he was new, was not friendly at all. Another customer next to us left the office due to the poor treatment from the staff. When we were called, the woman who assisted us was extremely cold and rude. When we explained the reason for our visit, she responded in a way that made it seem like our question did not make sense. She was not helpful at all, even though we had additional questions, and she showed no interest in assisting us. She didn’t even offer to direct us to another representative who could help. Her attitude was extremely negative. When we asked, “So the only option is to cancel the policy?”, she responded with a bad attitude, “Yes.” We then proceeded to cancel our policy, and she did not seem to care at all. We originally came to ask why our policy had increased, but the treatment we received was so negative that we ended up canceling our policy. We cannot trust a company that treats its customers this way. We spoke with a manager who kindly listened to our frustration, but we do not understand how people like this can w

Worst driving school ever. Impossible to schedule lessons and cancelation fee absurd. Don't sign up and get cheated out of your money.

Ms. Angelica was a wonderful driving instructor. She is kind, patient, and also very knowledgeable. She truly wants her students to become the best drivers.

If I could give a negative star I would. My father had purchased the driving school package for my son in Jan/Feb 2020. My son started the program and completed the online portion of it, then my father passed mid Feb. and Covid lockdown happened in March. It took us time to get through the funeral and to refocus on the driving school training... we had to locate information on what he purchased. Called AAA to ensure it was still in the system, person said yes, no problem, give us a call when you have the permit. Our DMV was not taking appointments and our city was in the Purple Tier... which meant to only go out if needed... we didn't see taking his permit test as an emergency or absolute need, so we held off. We called today after our city was moved to the red tier and my son was able to pass his permit test and we were told that the $500 that my father spent for the program expired. But they were willing to give us a break and reinstate it for $75. Really. I was never told about this when I called earlier. I can pay the $75 no problem... but given what happened with Covid this past year... I think AAA can do better.
