It is clear that this place’s attendance policy does not accommodate disabled people who experience medical emergencies, people who travel for work, or even go on vacation. I have shared ahead of time of my out of town dates, I have never worked with a therapy place that count these as "cancellation", and only allow for 2 cancellations per quarter before cancelling all appts and re-assigning therapist at their discretion. A late cancellation is 48 hours notice and will result in a $140 fee, incredibly unreason able and unsympathetic when I had a medical emergency. Abundance therapy center prioritize profits over care, and doesn't genuinely want to help people in need. Taking advantage of vulnerable people who need therapy and seeing us as nothing but numbers is ethnically irresponsible and harmful. The therapist I had was ok, she didn’t seem to care much, she’s nice enough but seems overworked and jaded, doesn’t feel like she wants to be there at all.

I was happy with the intake Department which was very helpful in getting me started. My daughter received services with the therapist Destinee Torres. The therapist would be 2-3 minutes late to the session and would cut the session short, stating that she was still building rapport with my daughter which I think is more of a reason to stay on the full time.My daughter didn’t like how the therapist would turn off her camera during the session. People seek therapy to get help not just to be charged.

My therapist is God send human that has truly been a huge part of my life and healing journey since Day One. I’m blessed to have her as my therapist and the staff are very helpful on scheduling and assisting with additional needs that I have or need. Thank you so much for everything.🫶🏼🙏🏽💫💗🪽🪽

This office does not take into consideration the personal time or circumstances of its patients. If a 18-year-old cannot connect with a therapist, the appointment is immediately reported as “missed,” and they charge a $100 fee without any proper investigation — even after I provided email evidence explaining the situation. Meanwhile, this same therapist cancelled two appointments herself: one with only 10 minutes’ notice and another 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. During sessions, she would also drink Coca-Cola, which felt unprofessional and distracting. After dealing with billing problems for more than a year, I finally felt forced to pay simply because I had no other option. I am only giving one star because the system requires a rating in order to leave a review. This is not a serious or professional practice. Patients deserve better treatment and better accountability. I would strongly recommend staying away from this office.

I don’t think this place meets my needs by having a stroke. I feel the physical therapy place before was better than this place 30 min is waste of time if your serious trying to recoup. It’s more sitting around and taking among employees than patients. This place is not for me by any means employees are fake smiles and all it’s not a good feeling by any means. There are better places to attend than here. I had high expectations but not now by the services

Dont pick Lazarus bc he aint safe to work with. get one worth your MONEY. I told Lazarus Lynch I was sad because my dad was in the hospital for 2 weeks extremely sikck and had surgery. Lynch then verbally attacked for 1 hour straight while joyfully smiling HARD despite knowing I was suffering from my dads health. I told him to stop and I told my grandmas death made me reach my breaking point. HE SMILED HARDER and attacked me even worse “ I know people grieve different” and attacked me while laughing. Me talking about my dad and grandma did merrit him verbally attacking me. Lynch took joy in my pain. If you told your friend your dad was in the hospital and you’re grandma’s death is why you’re sad and proceed to attack your character while laughing and smiling HARD what would you do? I toldd em about a tragedy of ppl getting killed and he just laughed and dont care about you. Extremely judgmental. His bio is full of liies & aint licensed to work on things listed in his biography. Not a safe space and judges your every decision negatively. Comes off as extremely nice just to sneak up on you with attacks. Lacks compassion empathy & sympathy for your problems. Just wasted time awk

I have officially "graduated" therapy! My therapist, Kameron Birch, is absolutely amazing! I have transformed and grown so much other the last year and a half and I was very sad to end things, but it was time. I've healed so much and my time with Kameron truly helped me get out of a dark mental state, and back to my creative, lively self while also releasing so much pressure that was causing me so much anxiety and pain. Thank you so much Kameron!
