I’ve had a great experience working with Adecco, especially with the San Jose, CA office. From the moment I reached out to them, the entire process was smooth and efficient. In less than two weeks, they matched me with an excellent company where I continue to enjoy a positive and supportive work environment. I also want to thank Andie and the entire Adecco team in the San Jose office. They have always been professional, responsive, and quick to answer my questions and handle any requests I’ve had. Their communication and support have made the entire experience much easier. I had a very good experience with Adecco I worked with other agencies but I found that Adecco is on of the best agencies the hiring process was great and quick agents are very helpful patient and knowledgeable I’m satisfied with Adecco and I highly recommend for everyone and I have to appreciate them for their best service

Absolutely the best agency I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Andie, Geneve in the San Jose branch are so Pleasant, Professional, and Reliable. Your not just a number or a commission there. Total Experts at their work. I been seeking employment for about a month, and tried to utilize the other low grade(in my opinion) agencies only to encounter , unprofessional recruiters that act as if they are bothered by you trying to use their service. On top of that ,i was being flooded with jobs listing that didn't even fit what type of role i was seeking. Ugh! That All changed when I started with Adecco. That was maybe a week and half now and in that short amount of time Andie has utilized her expertise to make a perfect match with an (then) prospective employer and myself. So all with in a little over a week of my first contact with Adecco , Andie got me in for an interview last Friday that went great and was informed I was chosen for the position yesterday with a company I'm looking forward to beginning a career with. I felt it was necessary to express my gratitude on a public forum about how amazing the team at Adecco San Jose has been. Andie, Camille and Geneva are literally the definition of what you’d want from not just an employment agency but from ANY organization that serves the public. From the pre-employment process up to and after being hired they provide support excell at communication and show that they are with you and have your back to the fullest.
