Aaron provided an estimate on the work to be done, and was extremely knowledgable, instilling enough confidence that I didn't feel the need to get a bid elsewhere. It was nice to have an expert look at our gutters, know exactly what needed to be done, then have the team execute the plan. The crew showed up on time, estimated a 2 hour job, but finished in 1 hour. They unclogged our gutters, cleaned them and made necessary repairs. All of this with hardly any mess. I had a window washing company "clean" our gutters previously. They did not unclog the gutters, just took a leaf blower to them, and made an absolute mess of our whole backyard and our pool. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Raingutters. My advice is pay a little more, and get a professional job done right the first time. It will more than likely save you time, money and frustration.

I was in need of Rain Gutter maintenance on my home. I was recommended to Advanced Roofing & Rain Gutters by a family member. This company couldn’t have been more easy to work with. From start to finish, office staff was amazing. Robert came out and gave me a detailed quote and honest opinion of getting my rain gutters re-sealed in the problematic areas. Come to find out the rain gutters were LEAKING and were causing some of my facia board to rot. I knew right there and then that this was the company I needed to hire. Robert is highly experienced in his profession and will answer any questions you might have. As a female looking for this type of maintenance on my home it is hard to find someone to trust. He was honest, provided pictures and explained every detail to better my understanding. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs ! I called Advanced Roofing & Rain Gutters to get on schedule for a free estimate, I spoke with the owners daughter Sierra, I was put on schedule right away for my free estimate. Robert came out and gave me a detailed estimate price was great for the work that I needed done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to any family or friends. This was a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend Advanced Building for your Roof Replacement. They were great from start to finish! Breonna was very knowledgeable & helpful throughout the entire process. Cole came out to complete the Inspection the next day and went over the estimate with me in detail. He was great and always available to answer any questions. Steven was the Project Manager and made sure everything was completed correctly on schedule. The owner (Timothy) even made time to stop by and check in just to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly and we were satisfied with everything. 10/10 all the way around! Would definitely use them for any work we need in the future!!

After almost 30 years, our house in Fresno was definitely ready for a full roof replacement. When we noticed a leak in the kitchen, we knew it was finally time to get the work done. We talked to a few different roofing companies and got several estimates before deciding to go with Advanced Roofing & Raingutter Products Llc. From the start, Brett stood out as being extremely professional and quick to respond whenever we had questions during the estimate process. We felt comfortable trusting him and liked everything he explained in the quote. The price wasn’t the lowest or the highest, but we thought it was fair for the quality promised and felt confident that the crew would do a great job. One thing that made us feel good was Brett’s promise to make sure the ground was cleaned up every day, which was important to us since we have young kids who play outside. He also said he would check in regularly during the project, and he kept his word. Now that our new roof is finished, we can say the team went above and beyond what was promised, and the final bill matched the estimate. While we aren’t roofing experts and have no plans to get up on our two-story home to inspect every detail, fro
