Daly City is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Daly City is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. i went to this hospital in daly city CA in august of 2021 because i had passed out in a hotel parking lot so my friends called an ambulance. when i was at the hospital i was asked by the dr if i was covid vaccinated and i told him no. he then went on to go off on me and berate me and told me that im the reason people like his co workers and their families are dying and that i should be ashamed of myself, that i dont care about my community, and that im selfish. i went off on him right back and told him he has no right to tell me what to do with my body and that he better watch out before i blast him all over the internet. i wish i recorded that interaction, it definitely would have made national news and i would have sued the hospital.

The nurses were wonderful first of all. I had fallen and hit my head so hard that it went thru our drywall. I hit my shoulder as well and hurt my neck too! The doctor was not very nice at all,she was only looking for broken bones. She even looked at me after a very short exam and said.... I dont think there is anything really wrong with you. Really?! I was then treated like i was an addict or something. She didn't even give me an IV. They gave me a shot of morphine in my arm. It didn't help at all! Headache, shoulder screaming, neck excruciating! I can't give you anything else She told me, but had asked me what I wanted! Ugh! No, I did not have a broken bone, but I was worried about a concussion. She was even going to discharge me without speaking to me. I was in so much pain! Today I have done nothing but want to sleep and my vision is wonky! And my head still hurts so bad! I have never been treated so badly! There is more, but I just can't right now.

Lucy from the Ultrasound Department at Seton Medical Center provided excellent service. She was very patient, professional, and gentle while performing the ultrasound scan. She explained everything clearly and handled the procedure with great care and skill, which made my brother feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. Highly recommend her!

Great staff - doctors, nurses, therapists are all caring, warm, hardworking, and always available in the ICU for my husband. They are staffed well. They have time to get to know their patients. Unlike other hospitals and clinics, Seton is spacious and well staffed unlike other hospitals in nearby cities that are over crowded. I’m glad we ended up here. only because other hospitals are full. This place is a gem. I will consider switching to Seton Hospital for all my health needs, too

Came here for a profusely bleeding hand injury as this was closest hospital. Triage nurse was really nice. Waited in the ER waiting room for another 2 hours before being seen by the Physician Assistant on duty. The nurse with her seemed relatively new and was being trained. I realize financial constraints may have impacted staffing resulting in the long wait time. Overall, staff are friendly, but I would hesitate to come here for anything more complex or serious.
