From the time I walked in the door at AIMS Urgent Care, I was treated with kindness and respect. The staff were professional and listened to me. All questions were answered and I was given advice and treatment I felt they would give one of their family members. I will go here again if needed.

Visited AIMS Urgent Care on April 30th for a severe back flare-up that left me struggling to walk and unable to stand up straight. I’ve dealt with this issue for years, but this episode was one of the worst I’ve had in a long time. What frustrated me most wasn’t even the diagnosis process — it was the complete lack of communication, urgency, and coordination throughout the entire experience. The doctor spent only a few minutes with me, asked very basic questions about how the injury originally happened, and did almost no actual assessment of my pain or mobility. No discussion about pain level, location, limitations, or physical evaluation. I was referred for X-rays, which was reasonable, but the imaging order they sent over was incorrect, causing delays and forcing the imaging center to contact the urgent care office to redo everything while I waited. After the scans were completed, things got worse. I called the next day just to confirm they received the scans, as instructed by the imaging center. The receptionist was dismissive and abruptly ended the call after confirming they had them. Then I waited. Days went by. No follow-up. No results. No communication. Over the follow

10.... outstanding service. The ambiance and staff are very nice and calm, made clients/patients feel cared for, relaxed despite their sickness. ❤️❤️❤️ All staff and the provider took their time to listen and analyze what's going on with each patient. Not rushed.. Patient focused, individualized care and management.

Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this clinic. My mother had a deep finger cut and was bleeding heavily. This urgent care lists hours until 9:00 PM. I called ahead and was told they were accepting patients until 8:30 PM. We arrived at 8:26 PM. Instead of helping, Maria ran to lock the door and hid in the back. I called again while standing outside, and despite knowing my mom was standing there bleeding and that we arrived well within posted hours, they refused to see us. This is an urgent care—not a retail store. Locking the doors early and avoiding injured patients is unacceptable. Do not rely on this clinic if you actually need urgent medical care.
