San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Francisco follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Literally so fire. went to see Toy Story 5 and the previews were so unique and funny, the vibes and decor was awesome. Reclining seats. We were probably too loud due to having a good time. Was able to get a print copy of The Onion which I've never been able to have before. Just good vibes all around.

How the mighty have fallen. This used to be the best movie theater in the city. Now, like every good thing, has succumbed to a money hungry corporate overlord who has taken away the things that made it so great in the first place. Its soul is gone. Where do I even begin? The most obvious thing is the QR code pay by app system. Arriving early and chatting with your server before the movie was great, they took care of us and wasted no time getting things done. Keeping our phone out of sight and just writing down our orders was a perfect system. When youβre so used to the human interaction of it all itβs really sad to lose that. But I guess Sony did get to save a few thousand by cutting those jobs. Even the large chains like amc and cinemark there was the human interaction at your traditional concession stand. I like to go with my grandparents but they donβt have smartphones, how does one order with a flip phone? I like to treat myself but did the portions get smaller and more expensive? Or am I just crazy? Another issue are the seats, I initially was pleasantly surprised to see reclining seats and single try tables only for the seats to feel cheap and warn down already. The old seats

I have loved visiting Alamo theaters for years - we used to go when we visited relatives in Austin and we were thrilled when they opened a theater in San Francisco. We would go pretty often even though it takes us about 45 minutes to get there, and bought season passes soon after they came out. The whole experience has been downgraded so much since Sony bought them that it's not really worth the trip and the expense anymore. They used to have friendly servers to take your orders before and during the movie with an unobtrusive paper order card system. Now they force you to order on the phone even during the movie despite their policy of no phone use during the movie. The ordering website doesn't always work. Last night we tried to pay multiple times using two credit cards and it kept flashing a red error message. After we waited in line to talk to a staff member, he saw that it had been charging our card every time but telling us it didn't go through. They've also raised their already-high prices and cut the menu so there are no longer any healthy veggie options. The kale wrap and hummus wrap were great- and with the season pass, it was nice to have a healthy option. They recently

This place was definitely worth a visit. You can scan the barcode at your seat to order food, and theyβll bring it right to you. The interior of the theater was beautiful. The screen wasnβt very big, but it was perfectly fine. The staff were friendly.

4/23/2026* We were there to watch The Drama, and found out they had renovated their seats! The new seating is much more comfortable. You can order drinks and food using the QR code, and the staff will bring them over to your seat like what it used to be. 8/28/2025 It was my first time watching a movie at this theater, and it was really fun. You could order some light bites and drinks at your seat. Write down your selections and press the call button, and a staff member will come over to take your order. Like other people had mentioned, the seats were not that comfortable. For me I thought they were fine. It was a fun experience.
