I have a car that has been sitting for a while with a flat tire. I found Alexis Tires On Wheels on Yelp and reached out via phone. He was clear and accurate regarding costs and arrival time. The work was excellent, and he even avoided knocking on the door while my daughter slept. I'd highly recommend this business that is true to its value proposition of providing excellent service and clear communication.

Alexi is utterly fantastic. I had a flat on my Mach E on a Saturday afternoon. Mach E is an electric car car so it uses special tires. Alexi got someone to my car in 20 minutes and replaced the tire in 10 minutes right in the parking lot of the Home Depot. Alexi was super friendly and unbelievably responsive. I give him the highest possible recommendation.

Outstanding top notch service from the moment I called until Alexis showed up within 20 minutes to handle a tire repair for our Tesla. Highly recommended vs waiting for AAA tow or time spent waiting at America’s Tires etc. he was very thorough and provided phenomenal service at the convenience of being mobile coming to your location. I had a great experience with Alexis. Even though my situation wasn't an emergency, he arrived at my house within a couple of hours of my cold call. He gave me the honest choice to fix or replace my flat and since the tire had significant wear, I opted for a replacement. He had it done in just 15 minutes at a great price! I was so impressed by his efficiency and professionalism that I decided to replace all four tires on the spot. Although he only had one in stock at the moment, he tracked down the other three that same day, came back a few hours later, and finished the entire job in less than an hour. Alexis is super knowledgeable, and the new tires look great. It’s rare to find this level of convenience and speed (way better than my tire shop experiences). Highly recommended!

Had an emergency this morning as one of my tires got exploded. I looked online for a mobile tire repair service provider and Alexis came up recommended. He was very patient with me, picked up my needed new tires and replaced all 4 of my Tesla model x tires with new ones, super nice guy and very quick! He had the best price out of all as well! Highly highly recommend Alexis!
