First off let me say, the technician plumber Joshua was very nice, professional as you can get! It was really nice meeting him. Second thing is you people are out of your minds on pricing!!! I wanted a horror T38 smart toilet Bidet installed. It is not much deference from a regular toilet with the exception of an 110 needs to be close to it. The big difference is it wieght right around 100 lbs. You get everything you need to install it. But I'm not paying you people $2200.00+ to install this bidet. I watched many videos and one was a lady who installed it herself in under 1/2 hr. I mean be reasonable Allbritten, professional plumber should be able to do this in under an hour. I have installed toilets before, it was the weight that scared me, now its your price! If a 100 lb. Lady can do it so can I. Joshua, thank you for not being pushy. Your are a professional! Take care. Allbritten, pricing is way over the norm. Update, I had another plumbing company come out and give me an estimate. They quoted me 800 dollars. Got them down 500.00 dollars out the door. Beware of High Quotes for Simple Repairs I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience so other homeowners can make informed decisions. Recently, an outdoor faucet broke off, leaving the threaded portion lodged inside the pipe. While I’m not a plumber, I am fairly handy and immediately understood what the repair involved. My assessment was that the job would likely require a pipe extraction tool and some patience. The only reason I contacted a plumbing company was because I didn’t own the specialized tool needed to remove the broken threads safely and didn’t want to risk damaging the pipe. When I called Allbritten to schedule service, I explained that the broken faucet had forced me to shut off the water supply to my entire house. I was told a technician would need to evaluate the situation before a price could be provided. The technician arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After looking at the issue, he told me he had performed this exact repair many times before. He then went to his truck to prepare a quote using the company’s pricing system. Quick! Great good communication with all involved. Always sucks when something breaks or needs to be repkaced but allbritten made it pleasant. From the call taker, to the great sales associate/technician Mr Kent who explained everything and took his time, and great install technicians the Mejia brothers who were friendly and personable explaining things as they went. Three work days from sale to install; maybe approx 12 hours in total for new working ac unit. Unit quite and working excellent with modern thermostat which can be controlled anytime. Great price and work. Definitely recommend.

Alex G. came out to help us with our slow-draining kitchen sink, broken garbage disposal, and leaky bathroom pipe. He was friendly and knowledgable, explained the problems clearly. He laid out all our options and helped us decide on the best route to take, taking into consideration future remodeling plans we had. He was thorough in replacing the old pipes and explained the process after each completion. He was very polite and clean. We would highly recommend Alex and their company!

Great customer service is at the fore front of Allbritten. John and Junior replaced 3 exhaust fans in my home, as well as a dimmer switch and recommended surge protector. They were in and out in no time and cleaned up like they were never there! John is an excellent electrician and took the time to explain all repairs. I’ve become an Allbriten member as well!
