I booked a room here on hotels tonight and I will be honest, I had medium to low level expectations as I’ve never stayed at an ALoft. I am a bit of a germophobe, so my first step is to get in and check for any signs of bugs ensure cleanliness. My room was immaculate. The room was very clean and well appointed. On top of that, I was delighted to meet the fantastic staff who were so welcoming and accommodating. I’ve seen shout outs to Ely on the Hotel Tonight website, and they are well deserved! She is amazing. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Kwok, and he was absolutely delightful. He is a wonderful host and I appreciated the opportunity to meet the person who helps operate this location. I also rate him as amazing! I flew into town with no plans and luckily stumbled across this hotel. I feel fortunate to have a place I know is clean, welcoming, and safe for future visits. The folks here really care about your comfort, and they are more than accommodating. The free parking is a bonus, but the real magic is in the service here. The people are kind and utterly attentive.

These rooms and the interior are like a Self Storage Facility. Not kidding. I was shocked by the absolute ugliness of the place. Whoever designed these rooms needs serious help. The hallways do nothing but reinforce the cubicle angst of this place, too. These rooms are NOT warm, welcoming or cozy. I feel like I want to put my christmas ornaments, back taxes, and old furniture here. Do not come here for a long weekend. Staying here was a complete mistake. Floor was filthy inside storage unit / room, hair on floor, bathroom smelled of wee. Dark, liminal, and ugly. Shout out to the wonderful staff though. Front desk night staff are doing the heavy lifting here. Housekeeping nice, too. No free continental breakfast. Bananas were $2. Everything was priced individually. Your choice. For a Mariott place -- I'm shocked by the low quality of this location. Subterranean parking at far end had -- you guessed it -- old furniture, old broken room refridgerators, furniture actively being repaired and precariously stacked with limited parking. C'mon. And yes, i obviously took photos if everything.

Had a wonderful one night stay here a week ago. Got a king room upgraded and was great. Pillows and bed were perfect recipe for a calm restful night sleep. Room may require some painting here n there but it's SUPER clean and Bedbug FREE so we dont hesitate! Customer Service lady Ally(sorry if misspelled her) was top notch and super cortuous! Atmosphere was nice and full of vibe. Don't get why some people complain here. Will come back next time in town!!
