Came to watch "Girls Like Girls" and had a great time! This movie theater is very nice. First off, the staff were friendly and they were able to change my ticket time when I couldn't make it to the original time I chose. Then they told me they were grateful I made it to the movies still. That was really kind. The movie itself was great and the seats inside the theaters are very comfortable; they even recline! I will definitely be back.

I love going to the movies, always have. Popcorn and drinks are a necessity. Recently had an operation that has prevented me from eating popcorn though so I tried the popcorn chicken on the menu. The picture showed a full plate of little pieces of chicken, instead I got this. Tiny little chicken balls that barely fill a quarter of the container. Very displeased with the $9 price tag on such a tiny amount of unappetizing chicken balls. P.S. I haven’t eaten any, this is how many came with the order

Purchased 4 kidspack Combo. They came with an empty glass. When I asked for the bottled water that is in the description (see pic) they told me that "it is not written but we have to pay extra". Asked for a refund. False advertisement and four disappointed children.

I’ve been coming to this theatre for over 40 years and have always loved the recliner seats and old school vibe. It’s truly my favorite theatre. Tonight, my family had a frustrating experience. We were a group of five and spent close to $200 on tickets, snacks, and our A-List memberships for two of us. When we arrived, we were told that my autistic child, who loves going to the movies and had already run ahead as we were arriving late, could not enter without a physical ID. We tried to explain the situation and find a reasonable solution, but the interaction felt very rigid, with no flexibility or effort to problem solve. We were simply told by Allie the manager "no ID, no entry.” The experience felt stressful and lacked empathy, especially given that we are regular and long time customers. What should have been a simple family outing became unnecessarily difficult and very disappointing. I also ended up cancelling our A-List membership after this experience.

It’s hard to describe how odd and bad the parking situation is at this location. Then you kinda go into the basement of the mall? It’s just a very odd set up and a so-so AMC location. Sound and picture quality were fine, but it was a small auditorium and lobby. Just a bit of an odd theater.
