Had a great experience at American Furniture Gallery and n Elk Grove. Le was our sales rep and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all our questions, made everything easy, and had a great sense of humor that made shopping enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommend asking for Le if you visit!

Q was very patient and helped us to find the right sofas. I would recommend using him every time you buy from this store. The customer service level was above and beyond anyone in other furniture stores.the delivery guys were very professional and built the furniture to fit the room. They willing to change the sofa around until my wife was happy. Great job all around.

Ken at American Furniture Gallery provided excellent help and advice. He made selection and purchase very quick, easy, and stress free. When I came in I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. He didn’t use and pressure sales tactics. He will let you browse unhassled, quickly and clearly answers questions. He also gave helpful advice as to purchase, delivery and financing deals. I've been trying to find a comfortable all purpose chair to use in my tiny one effecency room rental and I finally decided to go into a real furniture store and buy something in person as my mother advised. I'm so grateful that John was working when I came in. He spent so much time with me sitting on different small chairs trying to figure out what could fit in my tiny space and still be fictional all around. He actually selected this chair for me after me whining about how I needed the chair to be comfortable whenever I'm wacthing movies at home since I don't go outside too much. He used his ruler and gave me tips on how to move it around whenever I'm not working. I'm so grateful for the patience and understanding.
