The aisle employees were very helpful, but my checkout experience was frustrating. The cashier was chatting with another customer for a long time. When I politely told her I was in a rush, she responded by saying I was being mean and rude. If she wants to chitchat, she should do that on her break, not while customers are waiting.

I needed help with some plexiglass and other small items at the Highland Ave. and Andy was very helpful. Andy took the time to check the availability of the items for me and he was really knowledgeable about the products in the store. Very welcoming and polite. Recommend Andy at this store

Everyone here is so incredible but in particular: Jesus, Hector, Glenda, David, Henry. They all helped me with so many things from cutting my wood perfectly, to finding specific items in the store, to putting things in my car for me, and the kindness is palpable. Service is king here—there's a reason so many women shop here—probably because the big box stores don't feel as welcoming. I'll never go to a Home Depot or Lowes unless this places happens to be closed. I made this bench a reality today because of all their incredible help. ❤️

What a beautiful experience from start to finish. Everyone was super helpful, especially John!! Helped us pick out things for our outdoor area and explain when the best time to plant certain things. If you live anywhere around here and want to build your outdoor space, you have to come here!
