Good service, but frustrated with some changes. My favorite drink was the Korean Strawberry Milk, which used to warrant the premium price since it was legitimate Korean strawberry milk. Since ownership changed, the texture of the strawberry puree felt chunkier, and strawberry milk was swapped to plain whole/oat milk. The increased sweetness level and the texture being different made it less enjoyable, and since it’s not actually Korean strawberry milk anymore, I think the name is simply misleading now. I currently don’t have problems with other things—the place is clean, the new vibe is different but not bad, I gotta say I’ll miss having the pile of games that used to be there but the overall appearance is elegant. Service is quick and there’s no issues with getting drinks. I’m just overall sad about the decrease in quality for my favorite item.

Christy(Kristy?) Served me a tiger Thai with golden boba and its delicious and has tons of boba. Then she gave me a sample of Vietnamese coffee and its honestly the best coffee ive had from a store. So good! Thank you ❤️

One of the very few places where they make boba in house (their golden boba). If you are being careful about the microplastic consumption like I am, make this place your main boba place. The oolong milk tea was great and their fresh bobas were chewy and tasty without being too sweet.

Put aside the terrible taste, the workers today showed extreme unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disrespect. We ordered two NO-ICE boba milk teas. We literally heard the workers talking about running out of boba, then they turned the music up like we wouldn’t notice. The first drink came out with about half a serving of boba. The second drink came out with no boba, got taken to the back, then magically came back with the other half. It was obvious they split one serving into two. Both drinks had ice despite ordering no ice. Then we realized one drink didn’t even have real boba — it was half boba and half agar boba. They swapped in without telling us. Straight-up scam. The worker was holding back a laugh while handing me my drink. That’s not just unprofessional — that’s disrespectful and disgusting. If you’re out of boba, say it. Absolute trash behavior. Never coming back.
