my dad and i came around 11pm, adi was unbelievably inviting from the start. super cool dude, the atmosphere was very comfortable, he makes you feel right at home and his work is exquisite. so much intricate detail, and the tattoo itself ended up only taking about an hour and a half for a full forearm piece. i ended up letting him do shading and highlights as what he thought best instead of my reference and i couldn’t be happier. he’s amazing at what he does and i could not recommend him more. worth every penny!

I called this studio at ten at night to see if they had time to do a small tattoo. They said they would be in at 11:30. At first I declined, but then called back and said I'd come in. They were actually ready sooner and text me to let me know, which I really appreciated. I was visiting from out of town and just wanted a small tattoo to commerate my trip. Sasha and Motis both helped me work out the idea and it took a few times, but we finally settled on a design I loved. The studio was clean and both Sasha and Motis were kind and professional. I appreciated that Motis came up to me to shake my hand and introduce himself and find out who I was. I love my tattoo and when I make it back to LA I'll be sure to stop in again.

Had an amazing experience at Artista with Motis. I came in on a spur-of-the-moment walk-in wanting a simple one-word neck tattoo (“Resilient”), and he made the entire experience feel personal and thoughtful from start to finish. He took his time helping me with the design, made me feel completely comfortable, and never once made me feel pressured. The atmosphere in the shop was welcoming, creative, and genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly. The Turkish coffee was such a unique touch, parking was easy, pricing was fair, and the late-night availability was a huge plus. You can tell Motis truly cares about his craft and his clients. Definitely one of the most memorable tattoo experiences I’ve had, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to start my sleeve.! I had such a great experience getting my tattoo. Motis is an incredibly talented artist and made the whole process feel comfortable and collaborative from start to finish. Both Motis and Sasha were so patient, really taking the time to listen and help me bring my vision to life. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about making sure I left with something I truly loved. The atmosphere was welcoming, and their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

Motis did an incredible fine line tattoo for me. Best tattoo artist in Hollywood. The studio was clean and professional, and my custom tattoo came out perfect. Already planning to return for another tattoo.
