I called Arturo with soooo many questions and I honestly probably asked the same question 13 different ways, but I just wanted to ensure his inspection was going to be thorough. I wanted to make sure my POB was ADA compliant. Arturo was so professional and kind, he walked me through what the process was going to be and ensured there would be no chance of a lawsuit once his CASp inspection was complete. I would use him again and again.

Avila and Associates are one of the best small businesses I have ever worked with. Art is a local member of our community which makes his work more beneficial to our community He is very professional and has excellent communication skills. He returned my inquiry within an hour and was very flexible with my schedule to give me a quote. Promptness 10/10, Professionalism 10/10, Responsive 10/10, Price 10/10. Most of all, I appreciated that during my quote he was able to explain everything to me to make sure my business was up to code and was even willing to help with my permits included in his quote.
