I have worked with Benita for 4 years now and she has been a consistent pillar of my recovery and support system the entire time. She took the time and attention to learn about my history, helped me identify my personal values, and helps me live them every day. Through being honest with her, she has played a huge role in my recovery from mental health and addiction. I trust her whole heartedly, and can not recommend her highly enough.

I have been working with Benita for over a year now and I really appreciate her empathy and her style of therapy. She does make me feel heard and understood. She provides great resources and has helped me to recognize my emotions and understand my feelings by asking probing question and guiding me to process my own thoughts and feelings.
