Very disappointed with this towing service. I called ahead and was quoted $140 over the phone. When the driver arrived, he collected the payment immediately, then dropped my car in the middle of the street in front of my house. After that, he demanded an additional $250 just to move the car into my driveway. Completely unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend using their service.

Nicholas was incredibly prompt in his response and was able to schedule a pickup within 24 hours of my call. Honestly, they could have come out the same day I called if needed. Their pricing was extremely competitive; I shopped around and they were the best deal I found. The tow driver was also communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Tow companies often get a bad reputation, and often for good reason, but I wouldn't put these guys anywhere near that category. They were absolutely amazing, and I HIGHLY recommend them. I hope I won't need to, but if I ever need a tow again in the San Jose area, they'll be my first call without hesitation.

Car stalled driving to the airport. Thankful I got it towed back home, caught an uber and my flight. I thought for sure I would miss my flight but the dispatcher really listened to my concern and took care of the issue at hand.. amazing.

Needed a tow from Evergreen to Downtown Stockton, and B.B Auto & Tow provided excellent long-distance towing service. It was a smooth and secure transport, even with over two hours of driving. Highly recommend!
