Please, please! DO NOT ORDER anything from this wholesaler, it is scammed. I ordered two ASINs of products from them back in march 2023 and they ended up shipping the wrong products to Amazon. I notified this at the time when I started seeing many customer returns. Please stay away from this supplier people they can destroy your amazon business or any other different business than amazon.

Yeah they scammed me too. Made an order for $600.00, had them send it to Walmart WFS. Walmart contacts me telling me the wrong product was sent. At first, Baja told me to ship the products back and they would cover the refund and shipping charges, so I sent the items back (stupid on my part). They tried to cut me a check with a 20% restocking fee (Although they sent the wrong items) and did not refund the $200 in shipping. I keep asking about the shipping and they no longer reply to me. Stay far away.

As an Amazon seller I made an $1,152.38 purchase & payment with Baja Distributors in early March 2023.  Two weeks later they advised the items are not in stock or could not be fulfilled and that this amount would be put on credit.  I then spent the next 2 weeks trying to find alternate product to buy that was profitable & ungated which I could not.  I then asked about a refund and they agreed to send a cheque.  When the check arrived it was short so I reached out to Baja to inquire and was told that there's a 20% restocking fee.  Of course I was taken back as they were the ones that could not fulfil the order in the first place.  This led to 6 weeks of attempted communication with an email from Baja every 7-10 days stating that "policy is policy".  I even suggested that I would take the remaining 20% in credit as a sign of good faith in an attempt to build and grow a long lasting relationship.  That was 2 weeks ago...now just crickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!  There are tons of great and cooperative wholesalers & suppliers out there.

these people are definitely scammers as i bought some product and then within given time period cancelled the order which was 3 months ago and still yet didn't get my refund. tried them calling, sending email everyday but they dont respond. if they want to look me in their system 6061650 is my order number

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Do not purchase anything from them, don't even talk to them. They scammed hundreds of people and they have scammed us and we lost 3,000$ dollars. We are taking legal action and started our case. This fake company is going to be reported and they will own up to what there doing to everyone. I have teamed up with everyone they have scammed before and we are in the process of winning our case. They will not know what hit them. Do not listen to when they reply to a review saying please contact us so we can solve it. They even block you and send it straight to voicemail. They literally sent us expired products and didn't even send the expensive truckload of product that we bought. We have also opened a case with Amazon to never let them go to a trade show and open a booth. I am also in the process of contacting google so they can take off there website and be closed down. Beware and do not fall for it until the case is closed and they are shut down.
