We were members here for a couple years before we moved out of state. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there with my wife. So when we came back this week for business I spent the entire week working out, the having a meal, and finding a quiet corner to work on my next book. Quality (and new) equipment, kind people and professional staff, and clean facilities are a hallmark of any good gym I think. My only beef? The men’s locker room and showers could use a substantial updating; “Hello, 1997 called and they want their shower stalls back!”

We have enjoyed our Bay Club membership and truly appreciate the facility and amenities. While I understand that policies and membership rules change over time, I was very disappointed with the customer service I recently received. I rarely write reviews, but my interaction with Molly in the office left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. She explained the updated guest pass policy and guest fees, but failed to mention that my 9-month-old child would now incur an additional monthly fee of $105. After our conversation, I went to the front desk, where I was informed of this charge. I then returned to the office to ask for clarification. When I walked in, Molly was speaking with another gentleman. Both of them simply stared at me as I entered and waited for me to speak. Neither acknowledged me, greeted me, nor asked if I needed assistance. I had to initiate the conversation myself. When I asked about the fee for my infant, Molly responded, “Oh yeah, I meant to tell you, she’s $105,” and appeared eager to end the conversation. No explanation was offered as to why an infant who does not use the club’s amenities would be charged such a significant fee. The entire interaction felt

Love all the classes that are offered each day! Also love the recovery room as there are cold/ heat therapy chairs along with compression chairs. Plus outdoor equipment if you don't want to be in a gym. Oh and line dance classes too. I'm like a kid in a candy store here.

We re-joined the club in Feb. We love it since it is great location for the area resident and ample parking spot. They have added great new classes like Ignite and Hit. They also have outdoor classes so inside classes do not get crowded. The reason for 4 star is with being a huge place with cafeteria there is a big need for recycling bin and unfortunately they have none. I did complain to one of the staff and he said he is completely all for it and he has mentioned to the management. Also equipment in the inside need to be cleaned once in a while.
