This place is AWESOME. Such great energy from the community here. I really loved working with Matt. I had reached a point where traditional talk therapy felt like it wasn't helping me move forward, and I was looking for a different approach. Matt brought such a thoughtful and compassionate perspective through his Jungian and somatic work. Exploring shadow work and paying attention to what was being held in my body gave me a completely different experience of therapy than I'd had before. Matt creates a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. His warmth, insight, and presence made it easier to explore difficult things in a way that felt both safe and meaningful. I HIGHLY recommend Matt to anyone looking for a therapist with a unique perspective and a truly compassionate heart. He's a kind, wonderful soul, an excellent therapist, and has so much to offer. Can't wait for my next session!

Matt is exceptionally good at what he does. He has a deep grounding in Jungian psychology and somatic therapy. He is sensitive and patient with his clients. He makes you feel comfortable and safe sharing life experiences and struggles. He blends deep insight with practical solutions for moving forward. This is exactly what I look for in a therapist!
