I chose Birk’s to host friends who were visiting from out of town, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There were two major issues. First, I was very uncomfortable with what felt like a gender-biased attitude throughout our experience. When I called to modify my reservation, I was automatically addressed as “sir” before the staff corrected themselves to “mam.” While that alone might have been an honest mistake, what happened during dinner made it feel like a pattern. I was the host of our party and the person responsible for ordering for everyone. However, when it was time to take our order, our server stood at the opposite end of the long table where the men were seated, even though I was the one speaking for the group. I was sitting the farthest away, so I had to raise my voice and repeat myself several times just to place our order. Throughout the evening, the server came across as cold and rude. Both my friends and I felt awkward and uncomfortable because of the way the service was handled. I finally got to visit the steakhouse I had been wanting to try! They offer not only steak but also a variety of seafood dishes, and everything was delicious. I had my steak cooked medium rare, and it was perfect. We also had dessert, and it left us completely full and satisfied.

My wife and I visited this hidden gem in an office building today, thanks to a friend's recommendation. Since we arrived early, parking was a breeze. The interior is stunning, and the staff were very attentive and gave great recommendations. My wife ordered the wood-smoked ribs, which were incredibly tender and had such a unique flavor. I had the sea bass with pearl couscous, and it was delicious. It’s on the pricier side, but definitely worth trying

Birk’s was pretty good overall. We started with the wedge salad, which was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was very upscale with white tablecloths, super clean and appealing. My fries were phenomenal, and my dad said his sandwich and potato wedges were a solid 10/10. Unfortunately, my aunt and I both got the burger and it was disappointing, too much bread, and the beef patty was huge but had almost no flavor. That said, we still enjoyed the experience, and what you order can really make or break it. P.S. You need a reservation

Been here many many times whenever we crave steaks. This restaurant is tucked in the office buildings. Parking lot is at the back of the building. Every time when we come, we ask for Dennis. He's the best server you can ever get. He's friendly, polite and proactive. Sometimes I don't have to ask for refills, he already is ahead of the game and bring me my drink or whatever I was about to ask for. I don't come without him serving us. To start, theeir bread is very good. It comes out hot and soft. We can't stop eating it before our meals. Their appetizers are good too. We usually get their olive oil poached shrimps and fried calamari. You don't see the olive oil poached shrimps any other places and they're good. Their wood smoked prime rib is the bomb! They used to only serve this during the weekend awhile back. (We had come before during the weekend and was disappointed it got sold out). Now they have this daily. If it's your first time here, you gotta try their prime rib. You can taste the smoked flavor and it's not over-powering. It tastes much better than a regular prime rib you get elsewhere.
