Bought an M3 comp from BMW of SF and had an overall wonderful experience. It wasn’t easy finding allocation to order the vehicle due to its popularity, and overall, successfully ordering a high demand car from BMW isn’t the simplest process. I worked with Nyomi who was extraordinarily helpful in bringing me up to speed on all the information I needed to quickly put together the perfect spec (for me). She got me allocation ASAP and into the queue waiting for the earliest possible moment to order when the 2027 model year started production. She helped me keep updated in real time as the production started and shipping occurred. Furthermore, I had special requests for vehicle delivery and she made sure everything was followed to the letter. She showed a lot of followthrough during the whole process. I would also say I’m grateful to Ryan in Finance. He is an M enthusiast, and I was stressing a bit making sure I got the order perfect before 2027 orders started. He taught me a lot about desirable configurations, resale values, the performance of the vehicle and the type of mods/upgrades you could stage down the road. This relic of a building houses German modernity; it faces a city street which might as well be a highway. Its signs announce a name, but the poise of this brutalist structure is one of a stranded, forlorn man trying to hail cabs gliding by. One pays attention to this Klondike from the bus stand opposite. The area is entirely industrial, devoid of much humanity, until you notice the pho restaurant with the circular signage. The sign is a graphic image of a gorgeous young woman, the sort of face one expects to find on an old-fashioned seal stamped on parcels bound for distant capitals. She seems like she should be driving the BMW, giving it zip and dash , pep and pop. Until then, let’s call this icebox Karhaus.

Recently picked up my 2027 M3 from here. Had the pleasure of working with Michael Tow. He was absolutely great with his communication and him being a car enthusiast was a plus too. Would 100% recommend him for business here.

Huge shout out to bmw of sf for being the best bmw dealer in nor cal, we drove hour + each way to go to sf for our new bmw, it was definitely worth the drive. Our car of choice was waitin out front for us We were greeted by our sales person Thomas, he showed us similar cars to the one we picked out over text with him to make sure we loved what we got. All the numbers lined up perfect with all the information that was provided by Thomas as well. I also attempted to reach out to 4-5 other bmw dealers in nor cal, none of them would provide numbers or information over the phone/text. I even called one dealer three times in one day to get an update, they simply showed no sign of urgency. BMW of SF has earned my family as a life time customers, we will recommend them to all of our friends and family as well. The process was very quick, and professionally handled, at no point were we wondering what’s going on. The General Manager Jim came out to congratulate us on our purchase as well. The finance manager John was very informative of everything as well, he answered all of our questions and really worked with us. Glad we drove out to bmw sf, they are definitely the best.
