We were greeted as we entered the store, very clean. Right away we were helped and our needs were met. Daniel explained and gave us his full attention answering all questions asked. We found what we needed and made the process super easy. We were offered coffee, cookies and ice cream. My baby girl was super excited about that part. Overall great experience.

I went to Bob’s in Midtown because my friends and family recommended it. The service I received was the best part of my experience! I couldn’t be happier! Chris was the gentleman who worked with me, he had the best tailored to me suggestions. He was easy to work with and genuine. The store manager, Gregory made me feel like a superstar customer. I will continue to bring my business to this specific location every time. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Bob's furniture store has a great selection of sofas. Morgana helped me pick the sofa I wanted and she made the whole process super easy. The manager was also very courteous and made sure the purchase and financing was smooth. The issue arose with the delivery. I was given a sofa that appeared to be used or had water damage. The left panel on my sofa was wrinkled and had a different shade of blue as the rest of it. Luckily the delivery guys noticed it too and immediately contacted their supervisor. In a few days they will deliver me another sofa, one that is hopefully in way better condition. Unfortunately I will have to call off work another day for the next delivery, so the sofa will end up costing me more than I expected. Might not be buying from Bob's again.
