Not prepared for the final world cup crowds. Taps not working, dance floor a mess as if no one cleaned. No to little food, and long lines at all the other restaurants and bars

Sometimes one of the guys wont give us rags to clean up after dummies walk into the pit with fresh beers, but otherwise stellar vibes

Great drinks, a pleasant atmosphere, and tasteful decoration create a very enjoyable vibe. The crowd is friendly, and the staff are extremely polite. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, a stylish, comfortable place that’s easy to enjoy and worth visiting again.

The two star rating is related to ownership. I am an Ohio State alumni- I have been to all of the OSU bars in SD. Last season, this place was much more busy and staffed. The fact that they do not have the staffing for an OSU establishment on Michigan Saturday speaks to the ownership. Jerrell and the manager (apologies for not knowing his name, as he is typically busy helping the short staff floor) they are working their hearts out but they are not set up for success. I have 20+ years in restaurant experience and I cannot imagine working within this company’s framework. They are out of almost every single draft beer, the food has taken over an hour because they have 1 kitchen staff, and they also had a DJ last year every OSU game which this season they did not. It makes it very difficult to come here and not solely attend American Junkie in Gaslamp. With the brand of The Ohio State University there is plenty of money to made and it is unfortunate that this owner has ultimately set his staff up for turmoil and undoubtedly a number of comps per service.

We came here for happy hour. It’s $2 off for appetizers. We ordered chicken bites, Brussel sprouts and Buffalo chicken fries. The portion was huge. One appetizer was definitely big enough to share. It’s fun atmosphere to hang out, dance and bowl with friends.
