When we fly into Long Beach airport, we normally rent a vehicle from this lot. We use enterprise and alamo primarily. Easy counter walk up to finalize your car reservation. We use Costco travel to book all our car rentals online. Employees are friendly and helpful. Easy exit and entrance for this lot /airport area.

I see these reviews may be for other areas. My review is for Budget car rental at Long Beach Airport. We had a reservation and waited in a line with only 3 people in front of us for an hour. Once we got to the counter we were told they didn't have a car for us. We were asked to take a seat and they'd call us up when a car was ready. I asked how long it would be and was told they didn't know. Went to the next booth over and had a car in 15 minutes.
