Was the only option available since everything skyrocketed thanks to FIFA even though it dont begin for another 3 days. So we paid $154 for this disgusting questionable room. I guess it was spacious. The housekeeping here must be very lazy. Floors were dirty the walls were dirty, the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Crumbs, hair, extreme amount of dust. Instead of relaxing, i cleaned the bathroom partially. The shower head was so disgusting. It really didnt take much to be able to clean off all that filth. Which there are before and after pics. I also cleaned a circle where id be standing in the shower. Soooo much mold and grime all over the tiles. Instead of charging me, they really should of paid me something for doing their job. Doubt i’d ever go there again. Oh, AND they have extreme rules over there. Like no visitors AT ALL is pretty crazy.

Check-in took no time at all fast, smooth, and handled by staff who were genuinely friendly while staying professional. The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet, breakfast was fresh and filling, and the peaceful street outside meant we slept straight through. For the price, the comfort and service are an easy yes I’d book again without hesitation.

Easy to find at 13th and Old Oakland. Very close to both 880 and 101. Plenty of parking in the back. Very close to a grocery store and neighborhood restaurants. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Night clerk was very friendly, polite, and patient. For a lower cost motel, it has real value. I was pleasantly surprised and had a really good experience there. Ill be back when im in the area again.

The rooms are absolutely filthy. It is overpriced for the hotel being such low quality. I hight recommend you DO NOT bring children to this hotel, if I would have known before hand how nasty this hotel is... I would not have gone. As I was checking out, there was a HUGE ROACH in the hallway ... that was the cherry on top. I will not even be going back to this hotel. It could have potential if they simply just cleaned the rooms properly and repair the damages.... a little difference goes a long ways.
