My sister and I went on a Friday for the 18+ Reggaeton Night and honestly, we were not impressed. We arrived early for the advertised free entry before 10:30 PM, but still had to pay a $5 club fee for my sister, who is 20. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. The biggest issue was the venue itself. The hall felt extremely small, overcrowded, and there didn't seem to be adequate air conditioning. The atmosphere felt more like a crowded school dance than a nightclub. The crowd was also out of control. There was a lot of excessive public grinding and people were constantly bumping into others. At one point, we saw multiple couples pressed against walls and behaving in a way that seemed more appropriate for a private setting than a public event. It made the environment uncomfortable and took away from the experience. The DJ also didn't play much reggaeton, which was disappointing considering it was advertised as Reggaeton Night. Most of the music leaned more toward rap. Overall, this wasn't the experience we were expecting, and I wouldn't return. If you're looking for a better reggaeton night, I'd recommend checking out the Mayan instead.

This is a great venue to see shows at. The sound the spectacular. The service at the venue is top-notch and never had to wait for a drink. Every spot in the club has a great view of the stage. Easy location to get in and out of not too much traffic and I highly recommend you go visit for shows.

Security was very rude! Waited in line for over an hour due to a very slow moving line and was rejected at the front with my valid ticket and asked to pay. While that policy is the fault of the promoter, the line slowness is due to the venue. And then how the security acted at the front about it was unacceptable. It's another classic case of trust the reviews you read. Was my first time at the venue and my last. I'll make sure my friends and I avoid this property and loudly.

It's a nightclub in Los Angeles. You have to find parking on the street and the entrance is down in alleyway. I found that to be very interesting. I felt safe well-lit

Went for "Your Shot" last night! Loved the venue, looks so unassuming from outside (although it has a great location and presence)! It was well organized, with multiple different stages/rooms for performances and bars throughout with outdoor seating in between. We did not get food, so I can't speak on that, but our drinks were good portions and the mixed drinks were good. Main complaint is that we stood at the bar in The underground for about 15 minutes before The one bartender even offered to serve us. He saw us and acted like he acknowledged us but then let at least three other people go in front of us. It felt like he was blatantly ignoring us. Really awkward experience because although we were at the end of the bar there were people in between that he had served which was why we stayed towards the end and out of the way of some foot traffic. Even once he did serve us he was really rude to us. Not sure if we set off some kind of trigger or what, but we were kind and patient. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So, other than the bad experience for service at the bar it was a good time!
