The staff were rude and ill-mannered. They sold me a ticket for a movie that had already started—I had asked for the 11:45 PM showing. About 20 minutes into the film, they turned on the theater lights, and when I complained to the manager, he suspected I hadn't paid for a ticket to that specific movie. I was kicked out of the cinema with my girlfriend and two children. The manager and a security guard were very rude to my family. Their rudeness frightened my son; he has autism, didn't understand the situation, and started crying. It was only after I called the police—once we were already outside—that the manager offered four tickets to see a movie another day. The staff were incompetent and rude to two 6-year-old children. We were there to watch *Toy Story 5*.

This was my go-to theater for over a decade when I was living in Pacifica. For the last decade living in San Bruno, we’ve almost exclusively gone to the Century at Tanforan. While it’s much closer to home, the Tanforan theater is still living in the stone ages with their seats. Daly City has since done a full remodel, switching to the “luxury lounger” electric reclining chairs. Depending on the movie and show times, we’re more than willing to drive the extra distance to have those super comfy chairs! The theater itself is pretty big, featuring 20 screens spanning across multiple levels. You enter from Junipero Serra Blvd where there’s a box office to purchase tickets on-site. They have the standard red text digital screen displaying all the movie times, and you select your seats right there at the window. If you purchased your tickets digitally, you can walk straight to the far doors where they’ll scan your tickets. **Note that they no longer automatically print out ticket stubs if you scan a digital ticket. If you want one, you can ask, though it looks more like a receipt now than the traditional stub. As soon as you enter, you go up a giant escalator to get to the main level. T

"Watched Durandhar yesterday. Staff was very nice and responsive. However, extremely disappointed with some audience members behind me (F10, Row G). They laughed during a rape scene and shouted inappropriate slogans. “Pakistan zindabad “ whats proud about it here ? The staff took action, but it was really disturbing. Hope the theater takes steps to ensure a comfortable experience for all viewers

The ppl who work here are nice. Theater was VERY comfy & had lazy boy recliners. Recommend getting the pass so you get 20% off food and drinks. One trip of 5 ppl getting food makes it worth it

Great movie theatre with a lot of screens showing a variety of films. The theatre we were in was large, clean, and had very comfortable fabric reclining chairs. The screen was large, sound was good, seat viewing angles are good in the upper section. There are two large concession stands - one on each floor, offering a wide variety of snacks and beverages. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very busy, which was nice. There were no lines for anything. I'd go back here.
