This is a gym that has decent equipment, staff is okay but in a place like this germs matter and consistently they run out of sanitary wipes every month is seems like. With as much as they charge you would think they could keep the place stocked with fundamental things. Might just go back to 24 hour

Before the facility even opened and wasn't finished building, they were operating out of some empty offices over here across the street. By Safeway and buy super taco, and we walked in, asking if they do have family packages? We have children, and the answer was no really quick. So the answer was no for us as a family. Then, they tried to convince my husband and I at least just us working out. So we sat down to listen and same issue we had as others here. $300 -$600 that's credibly a lot to not get any help or assistance at all. If we don't know how to work, the new equipment or nowhere to begin in our journey of exercising and losing weight. So we didn't sign up and sounds like we're still not gonna go back. And not interested at all. When others did ask us, we told them the same amount. We were told and did not return a $150 to get no guidance. Whatsoever is still too much. 24 hour has a better star. Service, and they've been around for a very long time. Even when I was in junior high and they allowed us teenagers to go with our parents to exercise. And work out, and if there was somebody walking around, we were able to ask them to help us use the equipment or if we needed to ad

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the staff at City Sports Club. As a medical doctor, I have been training at the Elk Grove location for nearly a year, and my experience has been consistently excellent. For anyone looking for a high-quality fitness club, I highly recommend City Sports Club Elk Grove. The facility offers excellent lighting, well-designed and separate cardio and strength training areas, effective ventilation, ample parking, outstanding cleanliness, spacious locker rooms with secure lockers, a well-maintained swimming pool, modern exercise equipment, high-quality machines, benches, and dumbbells. These features create a comfortable, professional, and motivating environment for people of all fitness levels. I would also like to offer a couple of suggestions to the management that could further enhance an already excellent facility. First, adding one or two cable crossover stations with the pulleys positioned at least 3–4 meters apart would provide greater flexibility for functional and sport-specific exercises. If you’re simply looking for a gym membership and not personal training, do not waste your time with the “assessment” offered after sign-up. It is not clearly presented as optional. Instead, you’re told you’ll be introduced to the personal training manager, who then conducts an assessment, tells you that you “need help,” and follows with a sales pitch for coaching packages ranging from $300–$600 per month. When I explained that I could not afford it, but can I seek guidance, the personal training manager, Aaron, stated that he is “very busy” and would not assist me with guidance on the machines, suggesting I ask one of his assistants instead. I work full-time, commute through heavy traffic just to get in a one-hour workout, and am a full-time mom when I return home. I value my time just as much as anyone else values theirs. New members should be clearly informed that assessments are only necessary if they are interested in personal training. Instead, the process felt like a sales funnel. I was told I needed “help,” that I was receiving a “big discount,” and when I declined, the tone, mood, and attitude noticeably shifted. Being told “good luck” if I chose not to sign up was unpr

Very nice and clean work out place. Price is average for monthly membership. They got fairly newer equipments and also a pool. Not big too pool so kind of have to fight for a swim lane. machines are fairly new but they do need maintenance, some does make squeaky noise during use. When i first join, no one really walk you thru the equipments so basically you kind of figure them out by yourself. Place can be packed on weekends.
