Unfortunately, I would not recommend taking your car here. Cochran had my car for ~16 days and billed my insurance over $10K for a bumper and fender repair. They did not properly fix the alignment of the hood and/or fender (see photos). They also did not calibrate the front left sensor and tried to tell me I needed to send a photo of the Audi safety system being faulty in order to bill my insurance (not true). My mechanic said they should know better. They are very communicative, but this was the 2nd job they’ve done for me which came back with issues. They offered to take it back and repair it, but after I had already spent almost $700 on a rental car I did not oblige

Look, so beautiful! They got my car looking like new. They were great at keeping me informed while my car was in for repairs. And when they detailed my car after fixing it up, they got a stubborn footprint someone left on the side of my car off. It’s so pretty, it looks like it’s new. Thank you!!

Pauline at Cochran Auto Body on Pico – My Trusted Shop for Years (and Just Saved My Tesla Again!) I’ve been taking my cars to Pauline at Cochran Auto Body for years and she’s the only person I trust. She’s fixed my old BMW 3 Series (multiple times), my Infiniti Q50, and already did one perfect repair on my 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD in Midnight Silver Metallic. Every job has been flawless. This latest incident happened at a brush/roller car wash in the Sawtelle area where I have an unlimited membership. A rare malfunction — the exit got completely jammed, the rollers kept pushing cars forward even though everything was stopped, I slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting the car in front of me, and the driver behind me couldn’t stop in time and rear-ended me pretty hard. Damage to the rear bumper, passenger-side door, the whole rear quarter panel area below the door, and one rim got bent. Dropped the car off with Pauline and, as always, zero stress. She handled everything with insurance, sourced genuine Tesla parts, perfectly matched the Midnight Silver Metallic paint (which is incredibly difficult), straightened/replaced the rim, and the repair is 100% invisible. Could not recommend this place more! Someone rear-ended me and crumpled my lift gate and bumper. I was freaking out, found this place online, called and Pauline was immediately on it. She was so helpful and communicative, told me the exact steps I needed to take and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process with updates. Very knowledgeable about Teslas too. The car looks brand new. I'm so happy with their work and service!

Cochran treated me with the utmost respect! I was hesitant as a 26 yr old woman who has never been to an auto shop but they really took care of me and my car. I trusted them completely and they did the job in two weeks! They fixed a rear dent and busted mirror in such a speedy manner. Also, very friendly staff. They are reliable and respectable people!! Going here in case I ever have an issue again. Would definitely recommend.
