We have been banking at the downtown branch for some time now and the staff here consistently do a great job. Claudia, Rudy, Juan and Liza are always nice to work with and we appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Every other review must be from their employees! The worst bank I have ever dealt with by far!!! They took over opus bank and not by choice did I inherit this bank. Over 10 years, mortgage account, they made my life difficult. Nothing was easy! Their employees are rude! I was on auto pay for 10 years, never missed a payment and was treated like a someone trying to rob their bank. How they are in business is a mystery to me with these type of staff and this type of treatment to their loyal customers!! Run as far as possible from this bank!!!

I’ve been a client of Pacific Premier for about 7 years. I was originally introduced to them back when I was in real estate development. I transitioned to their small business team about five years ago. They have been so supportive in helping me get my new venture off the ground and have been instrumental in my success. They take an active role in my success and form personal relationships with their clients. Whether I need Adam to help on the business side or Bridgette on the accounting side, they are always my go-to people to resolve issues. Rudy and Claudia are always there to make my day go more smoothly and greet me by name. This group takes business to a personal level and you know they have your back. I have nothing but great things to say about this group and the services they provide. You would do yourself a disservice to go elsewhere.
