Great b&b that is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Close to Stanford as well if thats why you’re in the area. The host was very quick and communicative, the home(s) themselves are well taken care of and beautiful. Interior-wise, the only issue someone may run into would be there’s no AC. Otherwise, I slept great, the home and room itself is very very clean and taken care of & overall, this is an awesome option to enjoy a more local experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Cowper Inn. Hugo and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, always responsive and happy to help whenever I had a question. Hugo went out of his way to assist with anything I needed, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys hosting people. The room was perfect and cozy, the location was excellent, and the entire experience was seamless and pleasant from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. Thank you both for such a lovely stay! Tal

The Cowper Inn is perfectly located in the heart of Palo Alto, just a short walk from restaurants and coffee shops, yet tucked away in a მშვიდ and quiet neighbourhood. The property itself is beautifully laid out, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had everything we needed for our visit to Stanford University. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Hugo. He is genuinely one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met. I accidentally left my handbag in the room while rushing to the airport, and Hugo went above and beyond—he contacted me immediately and kindly arranged for it to be delivered to me via an Uber driver. His care and willingness to go the extra mile truly define what a “super host” should be. We are incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Exceptional stay at Cowper Inn! We (20 people) resided here for two weeks, and we were thoroughly impressed. The hosts are outstanding, providing warm and attentive service. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, perfect for both short and extended stays. The location is ideal - close to downtown Palo Alto and the train station, offering easy access to Stanford (via shuttle) and San Francisco (by train). The charming town adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for its excellent amenities, prime location, and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, Cowper Inn is an excellent choice in the heart of Silicon Valley.
