The sign on the door shows hours of operation between 9 and 6. I was there at 9:08, and the place was completely closed. The vendor next door said she believed the place would open at 9:30, not 9:00 ( as the sign noted).

I am not sure if these reviews are outdated but the lady there was not nice to me, didn’t acknowledge to help me for few minutes while I was greeting her and trying to ship my package. I had a prepaid label that I paid for through USPS and she still charged me money to simply scan the QR code. ($0.50 which is not a lot but very inconvenient and cheap considering I already paid for the label itself) Even when she scanned the code it came back as $0.00 prepaid label and she still charged me, telling me to read the sign and not understanding that I already paid for this. This is a USPS location that is run by local owners so I guess they can charge you what they want…

This post office has great service and friendly worker. I am glad about how convenient it is for the community to come here for mail pick-up and drop-off.

Super convenient place for Chinatown residents. The government has stopped funding this location, and the owner/manager of this place is funding the employee’s salaries, electrical bills, and everything by themselves. Please visit and support this location if able!

Conveniently located in Chinatown. Parking in the front. Open till 5:30 when most post office locations are closed at 5:00 you still got a shot here. Friendly staff. Clean location. Not all sketchy like many post office locations.
