Terrible store Mostly cater to small sizes, over priced and really not the greatest inventory I’ve been here a few times and my experience has been the same I will stick to Buffalo exchange in Ventura, where I’ve had great luck And Out of the closet Atwater village were I have found some very cool things All at great prices

I have found the staff to be mostly nice, and I have found some treasures here. I don’t like that the on-sale section is gone and now sale pieces are scattered everywhere. :/

ok this post is part of my thesis regarding Corporate clothing reselling (thrift flipping) sits at a complex intersection of sustainability and commerce. While generally legal and sustainable, it raises ethical debates regarding "gentrifying" thrift stores—potentially depriving low-income shoppers by purchasing large quantities of affordable clothing for high-margin resale, often driven by intense competition and the desire for profit. In my experience never selling to Crossroads, they indeed picked numerous brand new Levi items, 511 never worn... 501 trucker jacket never worn, Levi's dark snap button up never worn and denim button up different brand never worn, trex band T-shirt never worn and a trip motorcycle jacket never worn. granting me with either 65 credit or 35 cash based on their model I wanted to see if their company moral meets what they claim to resell items at. With help from a mole, I was sent the prices at which the items were being sold at which does not meet their 45 percent future reselling price. The actual percent or selling rate calculates an 85 percent upcharge. So based on my assessment Crossroads is not a viable place to sell clothing, you get better b

One of the best locations in LA. They have a good selection of designer and vintage. Especially vintage tees. It varies on the day you go and some days are better than others so if you go and don’t find anything, try again in two weeks. Sales associate Chanyn was especially helpful and explained how the store works and how they buy.

I have been a frequent shopper of Crossroads stores throughout Los Angeles for years. I live down the street from this location but admittedly rarely shopped in because the parking lot always looks to be a little congested. I stopped in on a whim a couple of weeks ago on a random Wednesday afternoon and it did not disapoint. The clothing selection was great - everything was clean, organized and easy to shop. I ended up leaving with 3 dresses and some shoes (NWT!!) for a steal. While shopping, I also couldn't help by notice how friendly the employees were, even when I asked to see a few things behind the counter - everyone was so nice and did not seem inconvenienced by me at all (something that is kind of common in retail spaces these days). All this to say, this is my new favorite location and I will be back soon, even if I have to park on the side street.
