I was so happy to find an office in Sacramento that offers psychology testing for both ADHD and ASD. I loved having the flexibility of completing my testing virtual and in-person. It made it super easy for me in between school and work. They were very thorough and I wish I would have called sooner. Now that I've been diagnosed, I'm finally able to work with a therapist here to gain understanding and tools. I'm so grateful for finding Crosstown Psychology.

I highly recommend Rachel Hickey. She is a compassionate, insightful, and highly skilled therapist who creates a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. She is EMDR- and Brainspotting-trained and is deeply committed to providing ethical, trauma-informed care while continually growing in her knowledge and clinical skills. Rachel also embodies Christ-like compassion, humility, and integrity, and her faith is reflected in the way she cares for others. Her wisdom, authenticity, and heart for people make her an exceptional therapist.

Rachel Hickey is an exceptional therapist. She possesses incredible therapeutic skills and brings a deep level of expertise to her practice, particularly in using EMDR to treat trauma and navigate complex, present-day challenges. Beyond her clinical excellence, Rachel has a remarkably gentle and humorous spirit that instantly makes you feel safe, heard, and understood. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly skilled and compassionate clinician.

Melissa is awesome! She is so nice and caring. I feel very comfortable when talking to her. Definitely feel like THIS is the way therapy is SUPPOSED to be. She made taking an ASD assessment a breeze! She also is chock full of excellent/practical ways to live with/cope with ADHD. I can’t say enough great things! Thank you Crosstown!

As someone who has known Megan for 10 years, I can confidently say she has changed many lives through her work. She is incredibly kind - which is exactly what I look for in a therapist. Her kindness makes it easy for you to be open and honest, with little to no fear of judgement and in turn, willingness to change and grow. I highly recommend Megan to anyone seeking therapy in the Sacramento area!
