From the moment I contacted Kian about a vehicle I saw on the website to driving off the lot in my new car was only about 72 hours — and honestly, if I didn’t already have prior commitments, the whole process could’ve been completed in a single day. Kian was upfront, fair on pricing, and took the time to explain every detail about the vehicle before I even arrived. When I got there, the Kia EV6 was exactly as described, clean, ready to go, and available for a test drive immediately. I had a great experience with Kian at Crown Vic Auto. From the start, he was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision—not just making a sale. He treats his customers like family and really takes the time to understand what you actually need. He even asked about my plans for the car and gave honest advice based on that. If a car isn’t right for you, he’ll straight up tell you not to buy it—which says a lot about his integrity. And if he doesn’t have what you need, he’ll guide you in the right direction instead of being greedy. And on top of all that… he gave me mushroom coffee and a ginger shot 😎 Great service, great energy, and a genuinely good guy. Highly recommend!

Buying my first car here was a smooth and memorable experience! The dealership has a great selection of hybrid and electric vehicles, and the cars are in excellent working condition. I really appreciated the transparent pricing, fair deals, and straightforward cash & financing options.
