Before I explain my experience this Pharmacy is not open 24 hours. I walked past overflowing trash cans. The store was dirty and the acknowledgment that I got what's from security after putting my phone and my list in my purse so that I could then hold the paper towels trash bags and a few items I was going to purchase security approaching in demand that I open my purse accuse me of having their merchandise in my purse. I was offended by this considering they just need to open my bag they stated nothing specific just that I had their merchandise. After showing them all that I had my list which was in a colorful notebook which also belonged to me I put my things down and walked out. Staff members never acknowledge me never said hi, can I help you with anything.

I visit this CVS store often. There's homeless camp, but they chill usually. Dirty. But the staff is friendly, helpful. That's why 5. Overall its the same havent had issue with this location. I get my prescriptions here too

Horrible place, everytime I come here I feel discriminated by this one employee. I've been coming here for years but as soon as they hired Stephanie I just have the worst experiences. My husband and I asked her if she could help us get something from the locked cabinets. We spoke to her in english and she ignored us and we spoke to her in spanish and she still ignored us. After a long time of waiting she finally decided to get it for us. She didn't say a word and just tossed it to us instead of handing it in my hand. I was extending my hand so she could hand it to me and she still decided to toss it to me. My husband and I decided to ignore it and just assumed she was probably having a bad day. Then I come again and she had the same attitude, we wanted to use the self checkout and we started scanning our stuff but it wasn't accepting my payment method. I asked her if she could help me and she said "Oh, that register doesn't work." How was I supposed to know that, they didn't have a sign or anything. I told her if I can checkout in the front and she said I can use another self checkout register. She said, "I only said that one isn't working not the other ones, do you not understand

So I've gone to a lot of CVS's in the Los Angeles area and I have to say the CVS on sunset I think it was 10:50 sunset is was by far the best CVS experience I've ever had everybody was nice helpful there was lots of personal there personnel there to help after pushing one of those buttons for something that was locked man I didn't have to wait more than 15-20 seconds before somebody came up and unlocked it and at checkout because I'm using a health card CVS debit card from my health insurance I didn't really understand how it worked and the guy at checkout basically just went through the whole thing with me explaining how it works how do you use it open an account with CVS and just everything everything it was just a really really good experience and I will always use that CVS from now on.

Trust me. If you are from out-of-town and forgot passport photos (Asian, European or American photos) or any other essentials don't believe the negative hyperbole. This place is as friendly and helpful as a small town store can be. Of course, they're busy but the staff obviously likes working there which is a wonderful thing to see. My compliments and gratitude to the staff for helping me and my wife with passport photos and how they helped the other customers while I was there as well.
