​I cannot express enough gratitude to Linda Mac Schoeppe and the entire staff at Cypress Lawn. Losing my father was one of the hardest experiences in my life, but from our very first call, she treated our family with immense kindness, respect, and dignity. ​Linda guided us through every step of the process with patience and gentle professionalism. She took care of every detail, no matter how small, allowing our family to focus on grieving and supporting each other rather than worrying about logistics. The facilities were warm, immaculate, and welcoming, and the service itself was beautifully arranged to honor my father's memory. ​Thank you, Linda and the Cypress lawn staff, for your flawless service, empathy, and genuine dedication. You made an incredibly heavy process feel manageable, and we will forever be grateful.

Bella and her team were professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They explained everything clearly and were never pushy or pressured me into anything. They treated our loved one with dignity and showed genuine care and respect for our family. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and highly recommend this funeral home to anyone looking for exceptional service and compassionate care.

The level of compassion, care and comfort I received while dealing with my twin sister's funeral was unmatched. The personnel is very compassionate and accommodating. So much so, that I am planning to arrange my own funeral service with Cypress Lawn. Stefan and Bella were wonderful. I don't remember the names of the 2 staff members on the day of the memorial (a hispanic gentleman and a caucasian lady) but they were great too. Can not recommend Cypress Lawn enough.

I am writing this review to commend Kelvin Lao for the professionalism that he had shown my wife and I yesterday (6/1/26). He had reviewed my wife and my funeral package that we had purchased 10 years ago. My parents are buried at Cypress Lawn. We had forgotten details of the package that we had purchased for us. He had explained the details of our contract agreement. He used a visual aid to project our plan on the wall. We appreciated his personal touch of explaining the process step-by-step. He defined the terms used in our plan. He was very patient, and he said that it was his responsibility to make sure that we were going to get our needs met. He took us to the niche that was in our plan and explained the process to us. He was very knowledgeable and organized in his helping us feel that we chose the best cemetery for us. He was thorough and efficient. Cypress Lawn certainly has an outstanding Advance Planning Counselor. Best wishes, Mel L.

We are deeply grateful to Eva Bressler and James Beamide at Cypress Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park for the exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism they provided during my mother’s services. Eva and James served as the Staff Coordinators for my mom’s viewing at the Tiffany Room and thoughtfully handled every detail. They arranged the flowers beautifully, welcomed and greeted guests, assisted with the guest book, hosted the eulogy portion of the service, provided technical support for the slideshow and music, coordinated the banquet room, and ensured everything was cleaned up afterward. Their calm presence and attention to detail brought comfort to our family during a very difficult time. The following day, James continued to go above and beyond by guiding guests to the church service at Holy Angels, driving the hearse, coordinating closely with the priest and pallbearers throughout the Mass, and leading our family and entourage to the burial site. He also coordinated with the priest during the burial ceremony and assisted family members with compassion and professionalism throughout the entire process. My mother had passed away and we didn’t know the procedures for the funeral or service. We were very nervous and stressed. But Cypress lawn staff were very caring in creating the funeral, service , coordinating cemetery and all the other details. Our rep, MiraBella was very calm and always professional and stepped us thru the process step by step. We felt good after the meeting with her. Cypress lawn even has packages that include cultural traditions that makes certain items special and convenient. We totally appreciated this. We met the funeral director on the day of the funeral and his wisdom words and voice was calming, compassionate and very memorable. All my guest enjoyed him and the service. It will always be sad thinking of my mom, but I am glad and thankful for the outstanding job done by Cypress Lawn and staff.

We are very grateful to Linda and the team for their care and support during this difficult time. They guided us through the entire process with patience and compassion, especially since we were not familiar with the traditions. Everything was handled with great respect. Our grandmother looked peaceful, and the arrangements were thoughtful and dignified. We truly appreciate all they have done for our family.

Cypress Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial helped us put a beautiful memorial service together for my mother. During such a difficult time, they were very helpful in what we needed to do. I was certainly confused about the cremation services, but they helped us with that as well, since we opted for that instead of a burial. They also let me know I’d need to carry a special box through the airport since I was flying out of the country. If they wouldn’t have told me the information I needed for traveling , I would have been stuck at the airport during this extremely difficult time. We also used Cypress lawn for my grandparents years ago as well. They were very informative and helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone dealing with a loss.
