Dean was amazing! He picked up my son's Infinity (my son was nervous he's 19 hahaa) Dean is Professional, On time, he kept his word on the phone quote he gave to me. He even called me after dropping the car off letting me know the owner had the car and keys. Will definitely use again. Really nice guy!!!

My son’s car broke down at school. He got his tow truck to my son quickly and safely towed his car home for us. Can’t believe he got to us as quickly as he did! Awesome guy and will have our business again!

The service was highly unprofessional and marked by a disrespectful attitude. The person I spoke with over the phone was rude and unwilling to provide clear information about the process or pricing. Instead of being helpful, they came across as arrogant and uninterested in addressing my concerns. When they handled my vehicle, it felt like there was little care or attention given, and at no point did I feel treated like a valued customer. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest reconsidering before choosing this towing service. 00/000 rating 🌟
