I had my car serviced by Diamond Autobody about 4 months ago. I had a new front and rear bumper installed and paint matched. The paint looks incredible, 9.8/10, but when I went to look at the front bumper it had a broken tab on the lower grille and paint chips developed after 2-3 days after repairs. In the rear, the rear bumper is falling off and it's evident the bracket was installed improperly from the shop. Overall I enjoy the look of the vehicle now but, with the paid cost and the issues that occured during restoration, it is a bit dissatifying that these the imperfections on the vehicle arose. What's more is I reached out to the shop and they dismissed my concerns. I feel their quality had lessed in customer service. I attached some photos to reference.

I brought my 2025 Range Rover to have a scratch by the left fender fixed and painted. Arthur Petroski was my guy. He told me to wait 15 minutes to find out if it went through the paint. When he came back with the car the scratch was totally gone as if nothing was there before! The thing is he wouldn’t accept any payment or any gratuity. I totally respect him for that, it’s not very common these days. You are the man Arthur! I totally salute you! Diamond is so lucky to have an employee like you! Thank you so much!

I was recently in a fender bender, in my Audi A3. The car insurance company was trying to direct me to use another big name repair shop. I wasn’t having a great experience with the process and that company was totally giving me the run around, so I contacted Audi of Fresno and asked where they would get their auto body work done. They Recommended Diamond auto body. As soon as I arrived at diamond auto body, I was greeted by very professional, knowledgeable and kind people. But a shout out to Misty, My adjuster. She is so knowledgeable, she listens and she’s very kind. I haven’t even picked my car up yet, but I know it’s going to be perfect. I highly recommend diamond auto body and Misty!

I had a great experience getting minor body work done on my 2021 Tesla Model 3. They adjusted the shield and headlight placement Mr. Arthur and Monique were incredibly professional, honest, and communicating throughout the entire process. Even though I walked in without an appointment, they took the time to explain everything step by step and kept me updated while they worked. What really impressed me was how efficient they were, the entire job was completed in less than 40 minutes. The attention to detail, transparency, and customer care truly great, with very affordable price. I’m very grateful and extremely happy with the service. I’ll definitely continue coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy Auto body work.
