Pesimo servicio y lo que le sigue. Hoy se van a cumplir casi 8 meses desde que solicite un cambio de equipo de una tablet Polaroid, la atención al cliente es horrible, no dan razones coherentes para la tardanza, pesima administración, procedimientos malos y que no funcionan, en fin, pesima marca, pesima

Nose if the mark that is bad, and customer service to customers in Mexico, particularly in Mexico City, the worst since April 08 I'm waiting for a screen change because it was defectouosa, and we are in July, if already discontinued the model, at least make the refund, never buy products from this brand, terrible, terrible.

Tuvo una falla mi tarjeta de internet tv polaroid smart supuestamente, y me cometnaron que estaria de 4 a 6 meses orden 56391, esto en TEA en san nicolas Nuevo Leon, en TEA dice que Mexico Diamonds , no envia el pedido, Mexico dice que ya lo envio el 8 de septiembre. Para terminar vamos en la semana 8 y todavia no puede reponer una tarjeta del tamaño de un usb, un servicio pesimo y no dan razones coherentes.

no se si de ahi salio mi tabled polaroid pero aca en mexico es pesimo el servicio no me la an reparado ni nada de nada ni hablar gracias a veces se gana a veces se pierde

They have the worst product support & call center service i've ever used. In my case the problems were: *LED TV Failed for no apparent reason in the 5th month of barely using it *Mexico's call center service is lame, every call you have to wait aprox 30 mins for someone to take it *They sent a wrong shipping order initially, i had to call again for a new one *There's no communication with client relative to your service status, i've just knew my tv arrived their facilities due to FEDEX. *It's been a month and a half since they have my TV, i called today and the said me "Uhh sorry sir" Im very dissapointed about Polaroid products from now on Manuel Rodríguez
