All the staff were lovely and friendly! Except for one bald guy (i think his name was jeff in the shoe section). He kept telling us to place the order online for the shoes i wanted, was constantly rolling/widening his eyes and sighing everytime we needed help. At one point i asked for a different shoe to try on and he asked annoyed “didn’t you just ask me for this?” and marched over and said again “you can just buy it online we don’t have your size and color” . So ridiculous! i don’t usually write reviews but i felt terrible just for shopping there! The nice lady at the cashier helped me calm my nerves after. They have to get rid of that guy !!

Came in at 8:30 pm because of a doordash order. There was one woman at the register who was helpful with locating my order, but when she got stuck with a family of four who had all the time in the world to shop for shoes, I was begging the workers for anyone who could check me out other than her. I didn't want to skip the family, I just wanted to check out the 1 thing I came for before I got a demerit against my account. I asked another employee (a tall bald man) where else I could check out because I was on a time limit he sent me on a wild goose chase to the back of the store where no one was able to help me check out. I finally flagged down ANOTHER employee, explained my predicament and thank God he (Sebastian, thank you so much!) Was able to help me check out. Sebastian had me out of there in 30 seconds and I couldn't be more thankful towards him for it.

I don’t care if this doesn’t count, but all I wanted was to pump my basketball. Before walking in I see two employees talking and as soon I step inside they immediately acknowledge me, super respectful, very nice, I literally ask him can I get my basketball pumped please he says of course, he seemed like a nice young man, possibly Hispanic, I wish I got his name; got the pump, and I was in and out in like 30 seconds, very fast, efficient, nice, and that’s my experience in this store, it was very convenient, the staff is nice and I honestly couldn’t ask for more. For what it’s worth I bought knee sleeves from here back in 2015 and 2021, I can’t remember much, but I do remember employees coming up to me and my mother and asking if we need help with anything, 11 years later and still use the sleeves, and this honestly has to be one of the best sport stores out there, I’m positive every DICK’s is like this, but this specific one is just phenomenal, never had a bad experience, love it every time I have to go here

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this store. The prices felt noticeably higher compared to other places selling similar items, which already made me hesitant to shop there. On top of that, the deals and promotions were confusing and poorly explained. It was hard to figure out the actual final price, which made the whole shopping process frustrating rather than enjoyable. What really stood out in a negative way was the customer service. I asked an associate at the front whether they carried a specific item, and she responded with “I don’t think so,” without checking or offering to help further. She then suggested I look it up on their online store, which felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially since I was already in the store expecting proper assistance. In the end, I left without buying anything and ordered the item from Amazon instead, which I’ve been trying to avoid because of how dominant it has become. Unfortunately, this experience pushed me in that direction. Overall, not a great experience, and I’d think twice before coming back.

Got a nice pair of running shoes. Staffs are friendly and prompt in service.
