We spent a long time debating whether to remodel just the kitchen or finally do both the kitchen and the bathroom at the same time. Looking back, I'm really glad we went all in and chose Double 88 Construction. Tom was involved from the first meeting and never made us feel rushed into decisions. Instead, he walked us through different options and created 3D renderings that helped us picture the finished spaces before construction even started. That alone prevented a few design mistakes we probably would have made on our own. Once the project got underway, communication stayed consistent and we always knew what was happening next thanks to the schedule they shared with us. The kitchen is now much more open and functional, and the bathroom looks straight out of a luxury hotel. The workmanship throughout both spaces is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. Remodeling can be stressful, but Tom and his team made it a much smoother experience than we expected. We're very happy with the results.

Tom Handeled our kitchen renovation immaculously. It's first he helped us a lot with the design and working around our budget and many ideas. Once everything was decided the project started running and it was actually smoother than we could ask for. The crew was always on time and we could tell they are professionals. We are now on vacation but the outcome was so beautiful and we cant wait to get back to our newly remodeled house!

Our house needed a serious update and we ended up doing a full remodel including bathrooms and a redesigned kitchen. Tom from Double 88 Construction managed the project and kept everything structured. Renovations can so easily become chaotic but this one felt surprisingly organized. The house feels completely refreshed now and the new layout works much better for our family!

Adding another bedroom and expanding the living area felt overwhelming at first, but Tom made the whole project feel manageable. His team created detailed renderings of the home addition so we could really picture what was being built. Seeing the design ahead of time helped us make a few adjustments that ended up making the space much better. Tom has been wonderful to work with.

I hired Tom for the second time to remodel my latest investment property in Reseda, after working with him last year in our main house. We mainly focused on bathroom and kitchen this time, two modernize an older property and update it in a clean and functional way. As before, the project went smoothly and on schedule, which I did not expect because I know things can change in this business but it worked out perfectly the two times we worked with him. Big thanks to Tom for handling the project so responsibly and professionally and thanks to the double 88 team as well for doing a great job 👍🏻
